Each year in Topeka on St Patrick's Day, there is a huge parade in downtown Topeka. For many, many years, the Clowns have blown up helium filled balloons in the warmth of a downtown bank lobby, and given the balloons away to parade goers. This year, the weather was pretty rainy and crummy, so the parade spectator turnout was late to arrive, but we still gave away all of the balloons
